Hello Joe,
I am so pleased with your College Program and the Personality Evaluation you did for my daughter Jenna. Without your services, she was driving towards a career in Science, and it turns out that is her weakest area. I am so glad we are finding this out now. And she is now very excited to pursue College Majors and a Career in an area that compliments her talents.
As a Mother, I witness many of the teen's struggles trying to decide their College of choice, and then their Major. With your program, I am assured of the following:
- My child's strengths and weaknesses
- Fields in which she will be successful, and satisfied
- Colleges that will support her AND her personality AND my budget

Subject: I have an excellent referral... how can we help other Ball employees?
Hi Deb,
I have a daughter who is a senior in high school just finishing up her college search.
Over the last year or so, we retained the services of a college search consultant to help us shape and narrow our daughter's quest as well as organize her preparatory activities (testing, comparative college research, applications, visits) and now in the last phase, negotiations with specific colleges to get the best financial aid deal.
We've been completely pleased with this consultant's level of service and we're wondering how we can share access to this wonderful resource with other Ball Aero employees who have kids approaching college age.
Like a good businessman, he (Joe Eberle) is always interested in expanding his web of referrals and knows that I work at Ball, so he asked me about speaking to someone in BATC HR about offering his services.
I know it's not good form to just direct an outsider to anyone inside our company, so I haven't given him any names or numbers. Do we have a mechanism or some informal method available for sharing GREAT referrals with other Ball employees without getting the company entangled in implied endorsements?
